Gruissan is a cosy town in the Languedoc Roussillon approx. 12 km from Narbonne, been appropriate at kilometer-long beaches, in direct proximity of sea water lakes (Etangs) and near the La Clape mountains wooded with smelling Pinien. It offers more than 300 sun days in the year.Gruissan, an old romantic fishing village and modern bathing resort in harmonious connection, in which they understands to live. The vacation appartment is situated in the exclusive housing estate "Laguna Beach". The building was finished at the end of of 2000 and is directly situated at the external lagoon, nearby several beaches. There are car parking bays, swimming pool (8 x 12 m, usable from approx. 15,06 to approx. 15,09.) and elevator. Only a beach promenade separates  you from the beach. The building has 3 floors, the vacation appartment lies in the 1. floor. From the balcony you have a direct view over the swimming pool on the external lagoon.

Over the beach promenade you need only approx. 10-15 minutes by foot to the center of Gruissan.

The surrounding countryside can be discover by car, bicycle and on moving ways.
